TL;DR
I directed the "Suite Spot" sub-campaign for Hotel Country Villa to showcase their premium room inventory. Because the vast majority of the property's rooms are positioned on the more affordable end, this campaign was strategically built as a volume play to elevate their brand perception and drive bookings for their high-margin luxury suites.
Stack I Used
Campaign Strategy & Scheduling: Microsoft Excel & Planoly (Planning the asset rollout and organizing the visual structure of the media grid)
Design & Visual Branding: Canva & Adobe InDesign (Polishing promotional graphics using custom layouts and the agency's branded frames)
Content Delivery & Operations: Meta Business Suite & Instagram (Natively deploying short-form video reels and photo sets to showcase the room experience)

The Strategic Pivot to Luxury
Hotel Country Villa is well-known for offering great, accessible accommodations, but their premium suites were flying under the radar. Because these high-end rooms sit at a significantly higher price point, we couldn't rely on our usual broad marketing approach. I developed the "Suite Spot" sub-campaign to actively highlight the luxury side of the property. The goal was a deliberate volume play: use premium visual storytelling to build a consistent pipeline of interest and turn these underutilized, high-margin spaces into highly sought-after bookings.

To market a physical luxury space effectively, you have to let people step inside it. I pushed the creative team away from static images and focused heavily on short-form video content and Instagram Reels. The brief was about capturing the quiet luxury of the experience—the smooth transition of walking into a pristine room, the textures of the premium formatting, and the breathtaking views directly from the suite windows. We timed these shoots meticulously with the hotel's operations team during strict check-in and check-out windows to ensure we never disrupted actual paying guests.

Managing this campaign meant balancing high-end aesthetic requirements with our department's early operational constraints. Working without an expensive, specialized enterprise software stack, I kept the entire production schedule tight using Excel and mapped out the grid continuity via Planoly. I took charge of the copy to keep the tone sophisticated yet inviting, while my design team built out the assets. Deploying everything natively through Meta Business Suite proved that our team could successfully execute a targeted hospitality campaign that treated luxury inventory with the specific nuance it required.
Learnings
When introducing high-end inventory, getting direct conversions isn't easy because the decision-making cycle for premium consumers is much longer. The biggest takeaway from this campaign is that you cannot rely on a single push; the best thing a marketing department can do is remain fiercely consistent with the media plan and continuously keep the luxury experience in front of the target audience.
