TL;DR
I led the initial creative conception for "Serendipity," a premium visual campaign designed to showcase the exotic wellness services at Tranquility Spa. While the execution was handled by our production team and the client, the project provided critical insights into the necessity of multi-format content and strategic ad distribution to maximize digital traction.
Stack I Used
Campaign Ideation & Setup: Microsoft Excel & Planoly (Developing the core aesthetic theme and pre-visualizing the organic grid layout)
Design & Review Collaboration: Canva & Adobe InDesign (Reviewing layout aesthetics to ensure the serene branding was maintained across social assets)
Content Delivery: Meta Business Suite (Managing the manual rollout and scheduling of the final image assets)
The Creative Conception
The core objective for "Serendipity" was to elevate the digital presence of Tranquility Spa by highlighting their high-end, exotic wellness treatments. My primary involvement in this project was at the very beginning—developing the creative direction, mapping out the sensory concept, and setting the thematic tone for the assets. Once the aesthetic blueprint was locked in, the client selected the model, and I briefed our senior photography team on the exact visual requirements needed to capture the premium, relaxing atmosphere of the property.
Because my day-to-day execution on this specific shoot was minimal, I relied on structured planning tools to keep our agency pipeline aligned with the client's internal team. I mapped out the conceptual framework in Excel and used Planoly to ensure the final imagery would flow cohesively across their social grid. The production team focused heavily on capturing crisp, high-end photography—such as traditional Shirodhara oil treatments and therapy sessions—with the goal of letting the pure visual aesthetic drive organic interest.

As the department lead, reviewing a campaign's performance means looking honestly at where it succeeded and where it fell short. While the photography beautifully captured the premium nature of the spa, the campaign was deployed entirely through organic publishing on Meta Business Suite. Without a dedicated ad budget behind it, the traction across the digital channels was lower than originally anticipated, serving as a strong reminder of how crucial distribution strategy is to a campaign's ultimate reach.
Learnings
Relying entirely on static photography for an experiential wellness brand limits the campaign's potential impact. Looking back, I should have pushed for a comprehensive video campaign that could be integrated directly into their website, alongside a firm recommendation for a boosted ad budget to actively drive the awareness a premium concept like this deserves.
